At EzyCourse, the student experience is paramount. We'll give you an overview of everything a student engages with, from enrollment, to using the course player, communities, group and private chats.
Your goal is to ensure that your students are focused on learning, that they are engaged with the material, and that they have a smooth, anxiety-free and amazing learning journey. To help you with this, we provide you all the tools and resources you need!
We've designed our platform based on extensive studies and research, while also keeping the student experience in mind. For example, we’ve included student motivation popups in between lessons - these will have a good impact on student engagement and course completion.
We also understand that continuous support and knowing that instructors are there, encourages students to move forward, so we’ve included real-time communities and group and private chats, as they facilitate the student experience. We’re continuously working on making improvements and integrating feedback into our platform to help these products amplify your courses.
Courses List
Students can view your courses right from your landing page.
Course Details
From the course card students can navigate to the course details page, and go through all the course details, including number of courses, lessons, complete course curriculum and free previews, so they can decide if the course is right for them.
Course Enrollment
Students can enroll into courses directly from the “Enroll now” button on the course card, or from the course details page. Students are asked to enter their email address on the checkout page, and as they enter their email address EzyCourse automatically detects if the student already has an account, or is creating a new account.
If the email isn’t recognized, then the user will be prompted to enter a password and their first and last name to sign up on the checkout page, without having to move on to another page that requires completion of a lengthy registration form - by which they’d have lost interest and already left midway.
EzyCourse makes checkout friction free for your students with our magic checkout!
With EzyCourse’s magic checkout you’ll always be informed about how potential learners are responding to purchasing your courses, and if they are facing any issues during checkout. Get notified of all checkout actions and grow your list by collecting lead email addresses as soon as it is entered on the checkout page.
If the email address exists, then users just need to enter their password and they will be logged in to the system and proceed with the checkout, staying on the same page.
Students can save their card details for future purchases and can also apply any coupon codes for discounts and complete purchases.
Upon successful purchase they’ll be redirected to the course in their student dashboard, from there they can begin watching the course.
Students will also receive any automated email notifications you’ve enabled on your site for after purchase, such as a welcome email (if a student created an account on checkout) and/or course enrollment email.
The student dashboard displays all courses and other product enrollments, and students can simply click on any of the product cards available to access them, or continue courses from where they left off.
Course Watch
When a student enrolls into any course, they’re given immediate access to the course (unless you've set drip scheduling in your course). The course player is the part of your site where your students can view curriculum, watch lessons, take quizzes, participate in lesson discussions and more! EzyCourse features a rich built-in custom video streaming solution, so your students will get a seamless video viewing experience.
Students can add comments on lessons to provide feedback, or ask questions. They can choose from text, emoji, images and GIFs to discuss the lessons, if you enable discussions on a particular lesson. You’ll get notified about new comments posted in discussions.
Upon completing a lesson, students can click complete and continue to see their progress , and unlock next lessons if you set any prerequisites.
Communities
Just like courses, students can view communities from your site, and join them by purchasing them.
Upon joining communities, students are sent to the community home after a successful purchase, in which they can view channels/posts and start interacting right away. Students will then be able to access their communities through their dashboard anytime later.
Group and Private Chats
Just like courses and communities, students get to see and purchase group and private chats from your site. Upon a successful purchase students will be redirected to the chatting page, from where they can start conversations.
With EzyCourse’s real-time, one-to-one conversations your students can get connected with you and their fellow learners. They can discuss related topics, share photos, videos, files, and links, or express their thoughts with emojis or GIFs.
With group chats your students will remain engaged with people from their niche. They can react to messages with emojis, reply to messages, make conversations on separate topics using the threads like and reply views in group chats.
Notifications
Your students won’t miss any activities with our real-time notifications. They will always stay up to date about the activity on their courses and other products.
