Make Private Chats a Premium Option
EzyCourse allows you to set prices on private chats and sell them to generate revenue. To make your chat a premium service, navigate to Products & Services -> Private Chat -> Settings tab.
Select the premium option and choose whether to offer the chat as a one-time purchase or a subscription-based product. Click the Update Settings button to apply the pricing, and students can purchase the private chat from the"All Products" page on your website.

Ezy Solution for Managing Chat Access
You can easily manage access by adding or removing students or teachers from private chat. For students, go to Products & Services -> Private Chat. There you will find options for adding members or you can select a student's name to delete it.
For teachers, navigate to Users -> Teachers, click the three dots, select Edit, and check or uncheck the “Allow teacher to chat with students” checkbox according to your need.

Set expiry date for private chat
We have the option for you to either limit the duration of private chat access or provide unlimited access for your users.
When adding a new member to private chat, go to Products & Services -> Private Chat, click Add member, and select 'Enroll now'.

Set the specific expiry date for the student's access or select Unlimited and click Submit. To edit the expiry date for an existing student, click the three dots next to their name and select Edit expiry date.

Enable or Disable Private Chat at ease
By default, private chat is enabled, but you can choose to disable it completely. When disabled, neither students nor teachers will see the private chat option, and it won't be available for purchasing on your site.
To disable, go to Products & Services -> Private Chat -> Settings tab and toggle off the “Allow private chat for students” option. This will remove the private chat tab from student dashboards and the Messenger.
